How many translators do you have?
A
Not hundreds nor thousands "in database" as typically claimed by others, but 2-3 professional & reliable translators for each supported language pair respectively.

What about your quality & reliability?
A
All files will be translated by translator(s) with solid (at least 5+ years of) experiences in translation businesses, quality assured with a long list of positive tracked records. We can submit sample translation for "quality preview" purpose depending on nature of the request.

How to obtain quotation?

(2) We will reply with our quotation.
Q
How to order? What are the payment terms?
A
(1) Upon receipt of our quotation, either countersign it or/and send us your purchase order (with % of down payment, for new client).
(2) We will start translating & deliver as proposed.
(3) Client may settle balance upon receipt of all files.
(4) Full payment in advance entitled for 2-5% overall discount. **to be applied in 2012 and subject to change without prior notice
